So what is occupational health?

Occupational health can be defined as the management of health and safety risks in the workplace.  It identifies the interaction of an employee's health and how their health affects their work (or how their work affects their health).

Occupational health aims to reduce the incidence of illness or injury caused by work, ensuring that all personnel are able to achieve their full capabilities at work in whichever capacity they operate.
