We have recently held our 4th Annual Conference with great success.  Our thanks to the staff of Lancaster University for providing us with the conference facilities, accommodation and catering.  Our plans for the forthcoming year include the implementation of a quality management system, with a view to obtaining ISO9001:2000 certification.  This will be a lengthy process, requiring expertise and a lot of hard work, however, we believe that our professionalism and business management will assist us towards achieving certification in the near future.
