to undertake their proposed job in a safe and effective manner
Be aware of any medical disabilities that may create a legal duty under the Equality Act requiring consideration of possible reasonable adjustments to enable applicants to work effectively.
Commence health surveillance where job hazards
create a foreseeable risk to health.
