Under Motor Vehicle (Driving Licence)
Regulations 1996 employees are required to undergo an occupational health assessment in order to
operate a Passenger Carrying Vehicle.
This will ensure that the employee is fit to undertake driving duties
without complications and will not endanger themselves or their passengers.
The assessment
will be undertaken by a WellWork Ltd Occupational Health Physician.
The assessment will last
approximately 30 minutes. The test includes the following:
Medical Questionnaire (OH/HQ/05)
Blood Pressure
Pulse
Eye Sight
Urinalysis
Explanation of Results
A further examination by an Occupational Health Physician may be required depending on the assessment outcome.
