Audiometry Testing (Hearing)
A WellWork Ltd Occupational Health Nurse or
Technician will assess employees who are to be exposed to significant levels of noise.
The test will include completion of a hearing questionnaire and an
audiometric test. These will be carried out at the pre-employment screening and then biannual or
when deemed necessary.
Audiometry testing should last for approximately 30
minutes.
A further examination may be required by an Occupational Health Physician depending on the outcome of the Audiometry test.
